CORONADO HISTORICAL SOCIETY, CORONADO CA.
NOVEMBER 5, 2025
Come over onto the island in the middle of San Diego Bay!
My husband and I lived on this fabled island when he was stationed at the Amphib base, as a dentist, to take care of Navy Seals.. That’s a long long time ago..but it is also the place where I started to write about food, review restaurants and host my very first TV show, Food etc…I will walk down memory lane, and give a talk at the exact location of the studio, formerly a bank, The Coronado Historical Society… .
Make an evening or a day of it, and drop in to listen to my presentation on Bitter Sweet..
For information, contact the Coronado Historical Society.
